Recruiting Summary: Recruiting
Take me to the Recruiting Summary section of HRMS.
You can create and modify the list of delegates who will be notified when the selected applicant has been approved in the Recruiting Summary: Recruiting section. You can access this page by clicking the Recruiting arrow on the navigation menu.
Document Summary information and a link that enables you to change your desk/view appear just below the page header. Beneath the summary is a link to the corresponding View Position Details page.
To view a description of the job, the public job posting, or applicant instructions, click the corresponding link. Specifics related to the recruiting effort, including number of vacancies and posting status, are also displayed.
The Recruiting Summary: Recruiting section is divided into the following subsections:

Posting Management
The number of open positions is displayed.

Delegates
A delegate must be a UT employee and have a high-assurance EID. Delegates can update any section of the document but cannot approve the document or take any document actions unless they are also authorized for the same desk as the creator. HRMS provides a list of delegates (name and EID) for the current hiring process.

Selection Committee Members
The Selection Committee field identifies the people who will be involved in the candidate selection process. If a selection committee member also meets the criteria to be a delegate (UT employee in an employee role with a high-assurance EID), that selection committee member can be assigned a delegate. If applicable, HRMS lists committee members for the current hiring process.

Send Notification Email
An automatic e-mail announcing final approval of the document will be sent to interested parties as well as the document creator. When you have finished reviewing the page, select the Document Review arrow from the navigation menu.
