The Mass Assign Document: University Affiliate page provides information on the assignees. You can access this section by clicking University Affiliate in the document navigation on the left side of the page.
Document summary information and a link that enables you to change your desk/view appear just below the page header. Click the link to view the corresponding View Position Details page.
Information is displayed for the incumbents, arranged as follows, depending on the job title:
- Assign ID – Identification number of incumbent's assignment.
- Name (EID) – The incumbent's name and EID.
- Sponsor Name (EID) – Identifies the name and electronic identifier of the individual who represents and vouches for the university affiliate.
- Contact Name (EID) – Identifies the name and electronic identifier of the UT employee who administers the position and assignment.
- External Organization – Provides information about the incumbent's external professional affiliation.
- Academic Level - Appears for some university affiliate titles and indicates whether the incumbent is at the undergraduate level (in school or completed), graduate level (in school or completed), or faculty at another institution.
Buttons located at the bottom of the section allow you to take one of three actions:
- Reset clears all modification fields where you have added data; any unsaved work is lost.
- Save & Verify saves your work and identifies errors or warnings on the page. You can correct the errors now or click Save & Continue and correct the errors in the Document Review section.
- Save & Continue saves your work and directs you to the Mass Assign Document: Remarks page.
